Had an incredible stay! The dessert was outstanding, especially the presentation. Loved the lively atmosphere in the dining area. The club lounge during the happy hour was a real treat.

During our three nights, we enjoyed genuine warmth from the staff, particularly Kachen at the lobby, whose friendly conversation made waiting for our car a delight. The beautiful pool offered stunning city views, perfect for relaxing after a great workout at the well-equipped gym. Highly recommended!

Spent four nights here. Location super convenient with BTS and MRT just two minutes away. The rooftop pool is really nice too. The only downside was that the vegetarian breakfast options were pretty limited. Also enjoyed happy hour with live music at the lounge, which was great for relaxing after a long day.

In my wife's opinion, the kids wished there were more snacks available around the pool area.

The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok had beautifully decorated common areas, with elegant furnishings and plenty of seating that made it accessible and comfortable for seniors like me. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring all my needs were met.

The room was spacious and comfy, with the Westin heavenly bed living up to the hype. I appreciated the amenities, but it felt a bit dated in some areas, like the bathroom. There was minor noise from the street, but it wasn't too distracting. Overall, a mixed vibe but still quite cozy for a stay.

It was a perfect match for a quick break in Bangkok with fantastic value for money. The rooftop pool's amazing view while enjoying snacks made the stay memorable. Consider taking advantage of the convenient supermarket next door.

A cheeky note, the lobby could use some more warmth, and I missed the welcome fruits in my executive room. Yet, even with this little hiccup, the luxury vibe still radiated.

The location is perfect, with the BTS station right out front. The staff were super helpful and always had a smile, which made everything so much easier. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh juices, but it would’ve been nice to have more options for vegetarians.

We had an amazing stay and the early check-in along with the late checkout really made our day. The swimming pool and spa lounge offered some much-needed relaxation after our long days of exploring. The only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, but that didn’t really get in the way of our great experience. 😊
